Highly qualified staff is not a matter of chance but the result of sustained commitment. MAN has developed and run their own internal training system since the 19th century.

The MAN Group today operates its own training centre at the headquarters of the MAN Diesel Group in Augsburg, Germany: the “MAN Ausbildungszentrum”, where every year some 100 trainees start their careers, making it the largest training centre in the region. Following their traineeship, more than 95% of these young people start a job with MAN.

The MAN Ausbildungszentrum is equipped with state-of-the-art technology for courses such as CNC programming, control engineering and electronics.
