What this Privacy Policy Covers
- This Privacy Policy covers MAN Diesel's treatment of personally identifiable information that MAN Diesel collects when you are on the MAN Diesel site, and when you use MAN Diesel's services. This policy also covers MAN Diesel's treatment of any personally identifiable information that MAN Diesel's business partners share with MAN Diesel.
- This policy does not apply to the practices of companies that MAN Diesel does not own or control, or to people that MAN Diesel does not employ or manage.
Information Collection and Use
- MAN Diesel collects personally identifiable information when you register for a MAN Diesel newsletter/press release/technical paper. MAN Diesel may also receive personally identifiable information from our business partners.
- When you register with MAN Diesel, we ask for your name, email address, occupation and industry. Once you register with MAN Diesel and sign in to our services, you are not anonymous to us.
- MAN Diesel also automatically receives and records information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address.
Information Sharing and Disclosure
- MAN Diesel will not sell or rent your personally identifiable information to anyone.
