We have become very project-oriented, especially in the last 3-4 years. The project-oriented mindset promotes the social aspect in the department. Previously, we worked with our own things, so the project work fosters a team spirit. Overall, I believe that 80 percent of our time is spent on projects. We work with a method called SCRUM, among others. This is a method that can be used to break down project work into smaller parts, which makes the project more manageable and accessible. We are a very individual department, which I think most departments are. However, especially when we run a release of a new software, we spend much time at e.g. the engine builder where we often meet people from the other departments, which is very fruitful.
